4. Tournament Participation

When participating in tournaments through the Service, you agree to:

5. Organizer Responsibilities

• • Ensure proper court assignment and scheduling

Tournament registration fees and other payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to the payment provider's terms and conditions. Tourney is not responsible for payment processing errors, disputes, or refund requests, though we will assist in resolving issues when possible.

Refund policies are determined by individual tournament organizers unless otherwise specified. Please review the specific tournament's refund policy before registering.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• • Harass, abuse, or intimidate other users
• • Submit fraudulent or inaccurate information
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tourney and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Tournament organizers retain ownership of their tournament content, including tournament names, rules, and creative elements. By creating tournaments on the platform, organizers grant Tourney a license to display and manage this content within the Service.

9. YouTube Integration

When connecting YouTube accounts for live streaming, you agree to YouTube's terms of service and API policies. Tourney acts as an intermediary for streaming integration and is not responsible for YouTube's policies, content moderation, or account suspensions. You maintain responsibility for your YouTube channel and its content.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tourney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. 14. Tournament Cancellations and Modifications

Tournament organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify tournaments at their discretion. Tourney is not responsible for tournament cancellations or changes, though we will assist organizers in communicating such changes to registered participants. Refund policies for cancelled tournaments are determined by the tournament organizer.

15. Service Modifications

Tourney reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tourney operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
